“If you manage complex things as if they are merely complicated, you’re likely to be setting your company up for failure.” — Rick Nason

I’m pretty sure it’s both at the same time. Yeah. Both. Dunno though, I wasn’t there. I will be here, while I’m figuring out how to build this coop though.

And it’s not a chicken coop.

But, today has been another day that just won’t quit.

I’m making an effort to get the provide.io website refactored so it seems less like an insane web developer made it. Which is funny, because I’m not an insane web developer. I’m an insane… uhm… dunno.

I setup the provide.io site way too early. Mostly because I wanted the .coop domain. Hehehehehe. I did wonder if anyone would have their interest piqued.

It seems that the answer is maybe.

Insanity seems like a pretty complex thing to cogitate on. Insanity is definitely greater than complicated though. For sure. At least it seems that way if I follow the flow chart at this complex vs complicated problems article.

Again though, I’m less interested in writing a blog article than I am on figuring out how to get that web tweaked by tomorrow night. That way when I apply to the contest the website seems at least a tiny bit more professional than it does now.

I like the way it is now. But, I guess if I’m going to spam it around then it ought to look like a more cohesive “business presence.”

Presence. Pretty sure that’s something I need to work on. And patience.

Patience, and presence. With people.
